Our Oak Arbor Townhomes are centrally located with easy access to major roadways such as I-24, Wilma Rudolph Blvd, Trenton Rd, 101st Airborne Div Pkwy, and Peacher’s Mill.

Directions: From 101st Airborne Division Pkwy, Turn onto Whitfield Road which is located at the light between Peacher’s Mill and Trenton Rd. Make an Immediate Left onto Tracy Lane. Follow road for about a half mile then make a left onto Blackjack Way to enter the subdivision. At the Stop sign make a right onto Cherrybark Lane. The Townhomes are along the left hand side of the street.

Quail Ridge Subdivision

Our Quail Ridge Townhomes are located just minutes away from Fort Campbell, KY. Fort Campbell Soldiers will have a quick and easy time driving to post each day. This subdivision is Pet Friendly. For those with Furry Friends there is a designated Pet Area on the grounds (Pet Restrictions Apply).

Directions: From Fort Campbell Blvd heading toward Clarksville, take the entrance ramp on the right onto 374 (101st Airborne Div Pkwy). Continue Straight for a half mile then make a right into the Quail Ridge Subdivision when you see the sign for Evans Rd. The Townhomes are straight ahead on Ash Ridge Drive on the left hand side of the street.
